NSW CENTRAL COAST & TELEHEALTH
WHAT WE CAN DO
Disordered Eating &
Body Image Concerns
We work collaboratively with you to address the underlying factors that contribute to disordered eating and work towards achieving lasting recovery.

We treat a range of conditions including disordered eating, low-self-worth, self-esteem issues and conditions such as anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, body dysmorphia, binge eating disorder, avoidant restrictive food intake disorder, and weight-loss surgery support.
PTSD, Trauma &
Complex Trauma

Trauma can have lasting psychological impacts. We support individuals who have experienced single-incident trauma, as well as those living with Complex PTSD or ongoing interpersonal trauma, often rooted in childhood or relational abuse.
We provide trauma-informed care using approaches such as EMDR, Trauma-Focused CBT, and Schema Therapy. Your safety and autonomy guide our work as we help you process trauma and build a more secure sense of self.
Mood & Anxiety
Disorders
We treat a range of mood and anxiety disorders, including social anxiety, depression, bipolar disorer, generalised anxiety, social anxiety, and panic.

We use evidence-based therapies such as CBT, ACT, Schema Therapy and EMDR. Whether you’re navigating a recent period of stress or managing longer-term symptoms, we’re here to help you move toward balance, resilience, and holistic wellbeing.
Affirming Neurodiversity
Support

We offer neuro-affirming support for individuals exploring Autism Spectrum Conditions, ADHD, sensory processing and other forms of neurodivergence. Our practice is inclusive & strengths-based.

Our approach is collaborative, and respectful processes that considers the full context of your lived experience. Post-diagnostic support focuses on self-understanding, identity development, and strategies for everyday challenges.
Obsessive Compulsive
Disorder

OCD is characterised by unwanted, intrusive thoughts or obsessions and repetitive behaviours and/or mental acts or compulsions.
Common themes include contamination, checking, intrusive harm thoughts, symmetry and mental rituals. We can utilise a range of treatments including CBT, Exposure and Response Prevention or ERP, schema therapy and EMDR to address factors maintaining the OCD.
Personality Disorders &
Relationship Difficulties

Some people struggle with persistent patterns in their relationships, self-image, or emotional regulation. These may relate to Personality Disorders, or reflect relational wounds, developmental trauma, or attachment disruptions.

Our work is highly individualised and draws upon Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Schema Therapy helping you build emotional regulation skills, healthier boundaries, and deeper insight into relationship dynamics.
TAILORED TREATMENT
We whole-heartedly believe that each individual is unique, and therefore treatment needs to be highly personalised to meet you where you are. And, we also think it's helpful for you to have an idea of what you can expect from treatment.
01
Booking & Initial Assessment

You can book your initial assessment through our online booking system, with or without a referral. In this appointment, we'll cover a broad range of things as its important that we get a holistic picture of whats happening for you.
02
Collaborative Treatment Planning

Once your assessment is complete, we'll work together to design a tailored treatment plan with clear treatment goals. This will include discussing what you need, your goals & the frequency and types of available treatment.
03
Therapy & Intervention

Once we've got a comprehensive treatment plan, we'll start to focus on understanding what has happened and what's keeping you stuck. Through treatment, its important that we monitor and track progress to ensure you're benefiting and so we can make adjustments if need be.
04
Maintenance & Relapse Prevention

As you keep progressing, our sessions will become less frequent and we'll start to shift our focus to maintaining the positive changes you've made. We'll work towards ensuring you've got a strong support network and a good plan if things ever start to slip. Our aim is to help you achieve sustainable recovery, long-term.
