THERE ARE FOUR DIFFERENT WAYS OF FUNDING YOUR TREATMENT
Medicare
​Out of Pocket: $166.05

You may qualify for a Medicare rebate if you have a valid referral from a GP, paediatrician, or psychiatrist. This rebate applies to up to 10 sessions annually under the Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP).
​
To qualify for Medicare rebates under an MHCP, consult your GP for a referral. Ensure you provide a copy of the referral for our records. Your GP will determine if you meet the eligibility for this plan.
​
If you reach the Medicare Safety Net threshold during the year, the rebate increases to cover 80% of the consultation fee.
​
You’ll need to pay the full session cost upfront, and we can process your Medicare claim at the time of payment. Medicare will process your rebate within a few days, and the funds should appear in your account between 2-5 business days.

Private Health Insurance

Depending on your level of coverage, you may be eligible to claim a portion of your session fees through your health insurance provider. Coverage varies between providers. Please check with your insurer to understand your specific policy and benefits.
Unfortunately you cannot claim from both your private health insurance and medicare. Once you submit a claim to your private insurer, the invoice becomes ineligible for Medicare rebates (and vice versa).

Work Cover/Workers Compensation

We welcome clients with active workers' compensation claims and can provide invoices suitable for submission to your insurer.
Please ensure you have the appropriate approvals in place from your case manager or insurer prior to commencing treatment. Regardless of your funding arrangement, we are committed to maintaining your privacy and confidentiality at all times.

Eating Disorder Treatment Pathway (EDTP)

The Federal Government introduced the Eating Disorder Treatment Pathway (EDTP) in 2019. Eligible individuals can receive up to 40 psychological treatment services ($98.95 rebate per session) and 20 dietetic services ($56 Medicare rebate per session) per calendar year.
There are specific requirements for EDTP eligibility, please contact us for more information and consult your general practitioner for detailed guidance.

Our fees are currently set to $265 per session, and increase each financial year. We are not a bulk billing clinic.
We welcome clients who would like to pay privately and without a referral. No matter which way you choose to pay, we prioritise your privacy and confidentiality.

NDIS Funding

We welcome clients with NDIS plans that are self-managed.
Please ensure you have the appropriate funding for support in place prior to commencing treatment. We are happy to support you in determining this. Regardless of your funding arrangement, we are committed to maintaining your privacy and confidentiality at all times.
